For Phase 1, all bookings are inquiry-based. Navigate to the 'Book Inquiry' page, select your target service, preferred date, and enter your contact details. Our team will review the availability and call or email you within 2 hours to confirm your reservation details.
Online payments are not supported in Phase 1. All pricing and payment plans (bank transfers or terminal payments) will be settled during our follow-up calls or in-person at the Masc Haven complex.
Our indoor main pavilion seats between 800 to 1000 guests, depending on your table configuration (banquet vs. theatre style). We also offer outdoor landscape gardens that can accommodate up to 500 guests for cocktails or evening wedding receptions.
For custom multi-tier wedding, birthday, or anniversary cakes, we require a minimum of 48 to 72 hours notice. Simple birthday cakes or pastries can be requested daily, subject to operational availability.
Yes, our Cold Room service offers commercial leasing for agrarians, wholesale fish merchants, and logistical distributors. We support seasonal, monthly, or customized weekly contracts, complete with 24/7 client access and loading bays.
The Hotel lodging and Cold Room facilities operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Executive Salon and Masc Bakery are open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, while the Food Court restaurant serves guests from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
