1.About Masc Haven

Masc Haven is a premium hospitality and lifestyle destination in Yenagoa offering:

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to make booking inquiries or use our services.

3.Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are inquiry-based and subject to availability and formal confirmation from Masc Haven staff. We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel any booking request where necessary.

4.Payments

Payment terms vary by service. Some reservations require an advance deposit to confirm the block. Outstanding balances must be settled in full before the commencement of the booked service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed pricing blocks are protected.

5.Hotel lodgings Policy

Guests must present valid identification (Passport, National ID, or Driver's License) upon check-in. Guests are solely responsible for any physical damages caused to the suites or rooms during their stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor suites and restricted to designated outdoor areas. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate lease termination without refund.

6.Event Centre Policy

Event Centre bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. Clients are responsible for any external decorators, caterers, or equipment brought into the hall. Any damage to the facilities, fixtures, or technical equipment will be billed to the client's account. Halls must be vacated at the scheduled checkout hour unless an extension has been approved by the operations desk.

7.Food Court & Bakery

Food availability varies daily. Customers are required to disclose any serious food allergies before placing custom orders. Masc Haven is not liable for allergic reactions where relevant dietary details were not disclosed during order placement.

8.Salon Services

Prior appointment booking is highly recommended. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in shortened styling sessions or rescheduling. Completed grooming services are non-refundable.

9.Cool Room Rental

Leasing clients must ensure all stored cargo complies with health and safety laws. Masc Haven reserves the right to refuse or dispose of hazardous materials, prohibited products, or items posing a contamination risk to other bulk stock.

10.Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the specific service. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Payment processing times depend on the client's financial providers. Detailed terms are accessible on our Refund Policy page.

11.Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, typography, styling, images, and content displayed on this website are protected under copyright laws and belong strictly to Masc Haven. You may not duplicate, copy, or distribute any site graphics without written consent.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Masc Haven shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website interactions or service usages, except where liability cannot be excluded under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
